Terms of Service

Welcome to Vela Property CRM ("Vela"), a software service provided by MARVANOVA LTD. By accessing or using Vela, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Vela web application, mobile applications, and all related services provided by MARVANOVA LTD (registered in England and Wales, Company No. 17280852, Suite A, 82 James Carter Road, Mildenhall, IP28 2DE).

2. User Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. MARVANOVA LTD cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering an account.

3. Subscription and Billing

Vela is offered as a SaaS product with both Free and Pro subscription tiers. By upgrading to a Pro plan, you agree to our pricing terms and authorize us (via our payment processor, Stripe) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but we do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use Vela for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Upload or transmit any viruses, malware, or destructive code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data.
• Resell, reproduce, or duplicate any part of the Service without express written permission from MARVANOVA LTD.

5. Intellectual Property

The Vela name, logos, and the Marvanova brand (including the Marvanova wordmark) are trademarks of MARVANOVA LTD. All intellectual property rights in the software, design, and code of Vela belong exclusively to MARVANOVA LTD. You retain all rights to the data you input into the system.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MARVANOVA LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service for any reason at any time. Such termination will result in the deactivation or deletion of your Account or your access to your Account.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
