• Account Data: Name, email address, password (securely hashed via Supabase), role (Landlord or Estate Agent), and payment details (processed securely via Stripe).
• Platform Data: Properties, financial transactions, lease details, leads, and tenant information that you input into the CRM.
• Technical Data: IP addresses, browser types, and usage metrics to ensure security and improve our application.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your information exclusively to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Vela CRM application.
• Process secure subscription payments.
• Send essential service notifications and security alerts.
• Comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.

We will never sell, rent, or lease your personal data to third parties.

4. Data Security & Storage

Security is deeply integrated into Vela's architecture. Your data is stored on secure European servers using Supabase (PostgreSQL). We implement strict Row-Level Security (RLS), meaning your data is cryptographically isolated—no other user can access your properties, financial records, or tenant information. Data in transit is encrypted via TLS/SSL.

5. Your Rights (GDPR)

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of your personal data.
• Object to processing or request restriction of processing.
• Request data portability (exporting your financial and property data, available directly in your dashboard).
